A medical doctor turned entrepreneur, she founds and invests in forward-thinking enterprises across fintech and agritech sectors, and her commitment to empowering and advocating for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) resonates deeply with BBX’s mission. Dr. Lee’s belief in transcending economic and physical barriers through innovative technology solutions has been pivotal in transforming BBX from a traditional barter business into a leading B2B solutions provider and community builder. Under her leadership, BBX has expanded its global network to include 8 countries, engaging thousands of MSME business owners.

Caroline MacDonald
Caroline is currently serving as Chairwoman of Progressive Investment Management Group (PIM). and the Vice Chairwoman of IRTA, the International Reciprocal Trade Association. She’s a Certified Trade Executive & Broker and a Licensed Real Estate Corporate Manager. Progressive Investment Management Group (PIM) is a global organisation offering multiple digital platforms and solutions which allows its B2B, B2C, P2P members to better manage cash flow, connect with new suppliers, gain new customers and forge networks. She leads the team from Australia, continuing to embrace emerging technologies for the business and for the benefit of its members, improving the ways in which the world trades.
Tan Kah Chye
Kah Chye, one of the leading figures in global Trade Finance, has been an invaluable contributor to chart the course for BBX. Kah Chye is also Chairman of Singapore-based company, CCRManager, a digital trading platform for secondary trade finance supported by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where he serves as Chairman. He also serves as an independent board member and advisor for a select number of global organisations such as ICC Academy and financial institutions such as Markham Rae LLP. Previously, Kah Chye was the Chairman of the ICC Banking Commission, the leading industry body for the establishment of Trade Finance standards and policies. He also served as Vice Chairman of Barclays Corporate Banking, and Global Head of Corporate Cash and Trade for Standard Chartered Bank.
Jenny Wong
Chief Operating Officer
As a HKIB-certified professional banker with over 25 years of experience in the banking industry across Hong Kong and Malaysia, as well as an auditing background with one of the Big Four firms, Jenny has extensive experience in overseeing operations and driving efficiency at all levels of an organization. In her previous role as Head of Credit at a leading bank, she played a pivotal role in the digitalization of risk assessment and its processes, and led the successful implementation of their electronic loan system. Having directly overseen the deployment and operations of hundreds of staff, she is well-equipped to drive BBX’s ongoing expansion and transformation efforts.
Lee Wei Chee
Chief Technology Officer
With a proven track record of helming successful tech and digital marketing startups, Wei Chee brings a wealth of expertise and passion for the digital world to BBX. In the early 2000s, Wei Chee co-developed the world’s first MMOG (Massively Multiplayer Online Game) for feature phones and one of the first virtual world platforms. Since then, he has leveraged his accumulated experience and know-how for a diverse range of projects, including launching multiple award-winning startups that have built digital products serving millions of users. Wei Chee believes in creating seamless and immersive user experiences through gamification. Wei Chee also has extensive consulting experience in guiding businesses through automation, digitization, and the integration of machine learning technologies, with previous advisory roles at BaliPay PT and PwC.
Michelle Loh
Chief Financial Officer
Michelle is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA & MIA holder) with nearly a decade of experience in the audit industry and a comprehensive and deep understanding of both fields. During her time at KPMG PLT, she oversaw audits across a diverse range of industries - including healthcare, manufacturing, and education – and led reviews of financial statements, information, and reporting processes. As CFO, she manages accounts, finances and internal controls for the BBX Group and its subsidiaries.
Magali Russo
Australia
With over 30 years of experience in the digital currency industry, Magali is a dynamic and results-driven leader, and a passionate advocate for team empowerment and sustainable business practices. As the General Manager of BBX Australia, she has not only spearheaded the company’s operations, but also played a critical role in expanding its reach and success within the B2B trade community. Her deep understanding of global markets, combined with her expertise in digital currency and financial technologies, has been instrumental in BBX Australia’s growth and innovation. Magali’s leadership extends beyond her work in Australia – over the past 13 years, she has successfully led the company’s expansion across Southeast Asia, establishing and operating in multiple countries.
Eduardo Sayegh
Costa Rica
A seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in consulting and developing businesses across a wide range of sectors, Eduardo leads BBX Costa Rica as its Chief Executive Officer. An economist and an MBA, his expertise and professional training allow him to analyze the economic variables that impact operations, leading to insights that help build competitive advantages and translate into value for companies. Eduardo is also a university professor and lecturer on economics, finance and business-related topics, and is a member of the Colegio de Ciencias Económicas de Costa Rica. He collaborates regularly with major national broadcasting companies, providing opinions and references on national and international economic issues.
Abhish Pookoden
India
With over a decade of managerial experience in sales and business development across a wide range of industries – including print media, finance, and retail – as well as eight years as an assistant director doing creative work, Abhish has extensive knowledge and a diverse variety of skillsets to draw on in his capacity as Country Manager of BBX India. Part of the pioneer team that launched operations in India in 2020, he took on multiple key roles in areas such as business development and system administration. Later, as Head of Partnerships, his leadership was instrumental in gradually expanding the BBX community, successfully closing deals with several city licensees.

As the General Manager of BBX New Zealand, Erin oversees the operations, strategic direction, and growth of the business. With a diverse background in business management and financial services, she has a unique perspective on driving growth and operational excellence, and a passion for creating value for organizations and clients alike. The insights she gained from her in-depth experience in the banking sector enabled her to build expertise in a wide array of skillsets, ranging from customer service to loan management and financial assessment. Under her leadership, BBX New Zealand has grown to become a leader in the trade exchange sector – with her dynamic team delivering innovate solutions and creating both short and long-term value for the community.
Sabina Beglevoric
Singapore
Sabina has been a driving force behind the growth and success of BBX Singapore from its early days. Having grown alongside the company, her journey has been marked by her ability to take on diverse roles, from system administration to trade coordination – eventually leading to her current position as Country Manager. Over the years, she has accumulated invaluable experience in a wide range of business functions, including customer experience, account and financial management, human resources, and international trade. This unique combination of skills and expertise has allowed Sabina to play a central role in elevating BBX Singapore to new heights.
John Attridge
United Kingdom
John is the Chief Executive Officer of BBX UK, and a dynamic entrepreneur and leader in the business development and trade brokerage sectors. An award-winning certified trade broker (CTB) and pioneer in the trade exchange industry, he co-founded Trade Limited in 1988, consulted for Bartercard, and served as founding chairman of the Australasian chapter of the International Reciprocal Trade Association (IRTA) – and a member of its ethics and education committees. From leading a regional team at MLC Life Ltd as Superintendent at the age of 23 to serving as Global Head of Training and Quality for the Microsoft division at Rainmaker, John has been instrumental in guiding companies towards sustainable growth and successful exits throughout a career spanning over forty years. He has also co-owned and directed several successful ventures, and is an author and sought-after keynote speaker.
