Businesses exchange goods and services – such as their excess inventory or unused capacity - on our platform, using Digital Trade Credits (DTC) instead of cash. They earn DTC based on the value of the goods and services provided to the BBX community, which can then be used to acquire the resources they need.
BBX STORY
BBX began in 1993, when founders Michael and Mireille Touma set out to help local businesses in Australia overcome cashflow challenges. Their vision was simple yet powerful: create a system where SMEs could trade excess goods and services, turning spare capacity into real growth.
As technology advanced, BBX built a global trading network, expanding into new markets with the support of entrepreneurs and partners. In 2017, leadership transitioned to Dr. Lee Oi Kum, whose focus on innovation and governance accelerated BBX’s international expansion.
